Pizza Dough (pâte à pizza)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup water
- Mix everything with 1 cup water.
- With the dough hook, beat to a silky consistency.
- Let rise (to double the volume).
- Divide into boules — cover each boule individually and freeze.
When ready to use (suite — Source : slide_099):
- Heat the stone.
- Defrost (can be defrosted in the micro).
- Let rise again.
- Roll it to a round (the thickness is up to your liking).
- Lay it on a wooden board dusted with cornmeal.
- Let rise again.
- Put your sauce and your cheese. Bake at 500° (about 10 minutes).
